Our take
This is a water conditioner, it dechlorinates too, with a trick: aloe vera that helps replace the slime coat a fish loses to handling, transport or fighting. That slime is the fish's first line of defence against infection, so restoring it after a stressful event, moving house, a new arrival, a nipped fin, genuinely helps recovery. Many keepers use it as their standard conditioner; others keep it for stressful days and use a plain dechlorinator otherwise.
